The Lunch & Learn Referral Club is a group of professionals who meet up regularly each week to a learn how to showcase the skills and talents of the other members of this group. This focused effort to build each other’s business and our own through second and third party endorsements, is paramount to a successful relationship with our own customers and clients. The LLC proudly endorses the national network of Successful Thinkers and the dynamic organization of Perfect Networker. We are always seeking highly qualified professionals or business owners in a wide variety of business categories. Some of those categories would include small business owners, bankers, accountants, contractors, home repair companies, doctors, health professionals, therapists, trainers, business-to-business service providers, web designers, retailers, entrepreneurs, students, and other similar groups.
The Lunch And Learn Referral Club (LLC) only allows one person from each business category to be a member, thereby giving each person an exclusive on referrals for that category. In addition to passing referrals, the members share business advice, strategies, opportunities, and discounts to other members.
By meeting weekly over lunch, members get to know one another personally, become familiar with each others products and services, which in turn builds trust and confidence in reccommending those services to those we know.
The club operates on the principle that by attending and giving referrals to other members that one will in turn receive referrals. We do not keep records of referrals given or received. We understand that some members have less opportunity to find referrals for others. The solution is that by helping these members grow their business, their sphere of contacts will in turn grow and they will, in time, become better able to find referrals for others.
Preferably, only one person from any industry specialty is permitted to attend luncheons, breakfast clubs, or business after-hours, however no one will be discouraged to attend social events, i.e., sporting events, dances, special gatherings, etc.
Attendance is critical to our success. If you cannot attend a weekly or bi-weekly meeting, you may send a substitute and/or visitor to secure your business classification in the group. More than 3 absences within the same month is subject to your classification being reopened.
Participation in the chapter by members is a key to the success of a group. Members can participate by bringing referrals and/or visitors to their chapter. In addition, during each weekly or bi-weekly networking meeting, a member will be selected to educate the group on their business during the 15-20 minute "Learn Segment." You may attend another Lunch & Learn chapter that may be available at anytime.

The Lunch & Learn Referral Club (LLC) is a local professional networking organization that provides its members the opportunity to share referrals, contacts, and marketing ideas in a positive environment.
When you join the Lunch & Learn Club, you join people with a desire to increase business, and have fun doing it. Lunch & Learn does not impose penalties or fines to motivate. We assume when you join LLC you're already motivated to help yourself by helping others. We also believe all this can be done economically!
Successful Thinkers and Perfect Networker are both free alternatives for business owners and entrepreneurs to connect with and brainstorm ideas. All the social networking events bring together local business owners and success-minded individuals in order to have them meet, interact and establish a professional working relationship. Mixers make it possible for members to share their products and services with other members for mutual benefit. There is also a community aspect of mixers where the business knowledge, advice and success strategies of each can be shared by the other members.
Live networking/mixer events present an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to come and share their product or service with other local decision makers, thus helping the local businesses throughout the community as a result. When combined, these factors help channel revenue back into the local community, thus strengthening the economy in the process.
A successful referral club acts as the eyes and ears in the community looking for the opportunity to refer business to their networking partners. Imagine having a team of 15, 30, 50 or more local business professionals all promoting your business! This focused effort to build each other’s business and our own through second and third party endorsements is paramount to a successful relationship with our own customers and clients. Referral marketing is a structured and systematic process that maximizes word of mouth to it's maximum potential.

Networking is an art form that can be taught and learned by anyone who wants to grow their business. Our purpose is to promote and refer business within our ranks while offering our clients and prospective clients the benefit of recommended, high quality providers of products and services. We meet on a regularly scheduled basis to exchange referrals, leads, network, learn from each other and build new business relationships. At the same time we discuss issues that could make an impact on your business.
